Ohkajhu debuts new Steak & Salad Bar brand.

Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Public Company Limited (OKJ) is making a bold move with the official launch of its newest brand, “Grill & Ground," aiming to reach working people targets.
The first "Grill & Ground,” on the space of 500 square meters, officially opens on June 2, 2026, at The Paseo Park Kanchanaphisek, catering to modern consumers seeking both quality of life and nutritious, satisfying meals.

The company targets adding 4 more “Grill & Ground" branches within this year. Most new locations will be transferred from existing Okajhu branches with spaces of at least 300 square meters, typically those operating for over five years and due for refurbishment. The number of “Grill & Ground" restaurants is expected to reach 15-20 branches within 3 years. Each new restaurant requires an investment of 10-12 million baht and a slash of 50-60% for stores being renovated from existing Okajhu restaurants.

Chalakorn Eakchaipatanakul, Chief Executive Officer of OKJ and executive of Grill & Ground, said, “This launch is not just a business expansion—it is a reinvention of the conventional salad bar experience. We are not offering merely ‘All You Can Eat,’ but ‘All You Can Experience.”
He added that it took over 6 months to develop. “Grill & Ground" is to be different from other steak & salad bar brands in the market. The menu features premium steak starting from 299 baht. Customers who order steak can also enjoy the Harvest Salad Bar as part of their meal for only 259 baht for the Harvest Salad Bar with more than 150 menus of savory dishes, desserts, and beverages. They include fresh organic vegetables, seasonal fruits, freshly prepared soups, house-made pasta dishes, and various international hot dishes. It also has a fresh bake corner, offering a wide selection of bakes that you can enjoy without limit.

“Grill & Ground” also provides beverage bar with a complete lineup of fruit juices, fresh drinks, and exclusive seasonal menus. Yogurt soft serve and Tokyo-style sweets, freshly made, are also provided.
Grill & Ground is the fifth food brand under OKJ after Okajhu, Oh! Juice, Ohkajhu Wrap & Roll, and Joe Wings.

The company projects revenue of approximately 70–100 million baht from Grill & Ground business this year.
The healthy food and salad bar segment in Thailand is currently valued at over 5.2 billion baht and continues to grow in line with increasing consumer focus on healthy eating.
