Central Pattana Plc is set to open its second shopping complex in Khonkaen on 20 May 2026.

‘Central Khonkaen Campus' is CPN’s 45th shopping center and the second in Khon Kaen province. It is a prototype shopping center, driven by the power of the modern generation and based on the concept of ‘Happiness to the Core,' boasting a master plan for the area of over 30 rai with a Gross Building Area (GBA) of 62,000 square meters.

The project features a shopping center that brings together over 200 renowned brands; the first-ever super premium condominium in the Northeast, ‘PHYLL KHONKAEN'; a GO! Hotel; the first indoor garden in the Northeast; a co-working space; and a pet-friendly zone, all seamlessly connected.

The "Central Khonkaen Campus” is strategically located within one of the city’s key education and economic districts, near Khon Kaen University and Srinagarind Hospital, targeting working professionals, medical personnel, and students, while also connecting with surrounding creative neighborhoods including TCDC and Columbo Craft Village.

Chatree Kowitanupong, Head of Project Development for Central Pattana plc, said that the shopping center is divided into two highlight zones: 1) Campus Court: Retail Space for leading brands, Student Gallery and Creative Platform, and Craft Market; 2) Campus Garden: The first indoor garden in Khon Kaen with diverse restaurants and cafes, a free co-working space, and a pop-up walking street.
