A5 to develop 5 new luxury housing projects by 2028

Asset Five Group Plc (A5), a leading developer of luxury horizontal and vertical real estate, sets its 3-year plans to develop 5 new residences total priced value of 6.13 billion baht during 2026-2028.
Supachoke Panchasarp, the company’s chief executive officer, said that the company sets its 3-year plans (2026–2028) to launch a total of 5 luxury horizontal residential projects with a combined value of over 6.13 billion baht.

The move is aimed at expanding its high-end customer base and building a total project portfolio of 17 projects valued at over 20.56 billion baht by 2028.
The expansion of premium horizontal residential projects under its portfolio is to reinforce its leadership in the luxury real estate market. The focus areas for its new five developments include Krungthep Kreetha, Bang Na, Ratchapruek, Watcharaphol–Ram Inthra, Pattanakarn, and Ekamai–Ram Inthra.
Each plot has average site of 7-30 rais. Two-five plots in Ratchapruek and Ekamai–Ram Inthra locations will be detached house. The price is lower than 20 million bath and is scheduled to open in 2027. It is the first time that Asset Five Group to develop residences project price lower than 20 million baht because of seeing market gap and its location as well as products.
It is also the first time that the company will develop detached price over 100 million baht under new brand in Krungthep Kreetha location.These will cater to customers, who prioritize quality of life, privacy, and convenient accessibility, addressing every dimension of luxury living.

Most recently, the company launched "Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha," a luxury private pool villa project on 10 rai plot of Krungthep Kreetha district value project of 1.37 billion baht. Spanning on 130-210 square metres, its price is 65-130 million baht and exclusively for only 16 units, of which the total 7 units are in the first phase and the second phase is for 6 unit. Pre-sales for phase 1 is available during October 18-19. The company expects to sell 60% of the total first phase.
He adds that the brand's inspiration comes from the Cinquième Arrondissement, the 5th district of Paris, an area that blends classic charm with modernity, conveying a quality of life balanced between tranquility and convenience.
A5 has designed this project under the concept of "The Fifth Dimension of Privacy Living’’ with buyers have freedom to live according to each family's lifestyle.

In addition, to reinforce its ultra luxury image, A5 has partnered with Euro Creations, a living & lifestyle business expert. The collaboration features curated leading Italian brands Molteni&C and Poltrona Frau to reflect the tastes of high-end customers.

The Cinquième Krungthep Kreetha project offers only 16 units, which is designed as a grand pool villa with a private elevator, usable area ranging from 655–805 square meters, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, and featuring premium-grade materials from world-leading brands such as Gessi, Kohler, and TOTO.
The project, located close to Brighton College, Market Place and Suvarnabhumi Airport, is scheduled to officially open for pre-sale on October 18–19, with prices starting from 65 million baht.

For the first half of 2025, the company recorded total revenue of 698.45 million baht and net profit of 101.23 million baht.
As of September 30, 2025, the company has a backlog valued at 436 million baht, which will be progressively recognized as revenue from Q4 onwards amid challenging market conditions. This reflects the company's portfolio management capabilities and confidence from real demand customers.
A5 has consistently delivered outstanding results, including Cinq Royal Krungthep Kreetha, valued at 3.5 billion baht, which sold out and completed ownership transfers for all units within just 2 years and 9 months, reflecting strong brand confidence. This includes projects such as VANA Ratchapruek–Westville and Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, which have received good market response.
